Refund Policy

Last updated: [to confirm: launch date]

Payments for ArticleSift are processed by Creem. This policy explains how refunds work for credits and paid features.

Credit purchases

Credits are used for paid features such as batch conversion, combined PDFs, priority processing, or longer retention when those features are available.

Because credits may be consumed immediately, all credit purchases are final except where:

  • Required by applicable law.
  • A duplicate purchase was made in error.
  • A technical failure on our side prevented you from receiving purchased credits.
  • We approve a refund at our discretion.

Failed jobs

If a paid job fails because of a technical issue on our side, we may restore the credits used for that job or provide another remedy. If a job fails because the submitted URL is not publicly accessible, requires login, is blocked by a paywall, uses a CAPTCHA, or otherwise falls outside the supported scope, we may still show the failure reason and handle credits according to the pricing and checkout rules shown before purchase.

How to request a refund

Contact [to confirm: support@domain] within [to confirm: refund window] days of purchase and include:

  • The email used for purchase.
  • Creem order ID if available.
  • Purchase date and amount.
  • The reason for the request.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned through Creem to the original payment method when possible. Processing time depends on Creem and your payment provider.

Changes

We may update this Refund Policy when pricing, plans, or payment features change. The policy shown at the time of purchase applies to that purchase unless law requires otherwise.
