ArticleSift works with publicly accessible article URLs. We cannot access login-only, paywalled, or CAPTCHA-protected content. Failed conversions refund their credits automatically. Credits are valid for 12 months. Payments are processed by Creem; we never see or store your full card number. Unused credits are refundable as described in our Refund Policy.

Should I buy credits or go Pro?
Credits fit occasional batching — they last 12 months. Pro fits a steady habit: 200 credits every month for $6. You can also combine both: Pro plus a top-up pack when you run out.
Do credits expire?
Credit-pack credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Pro's monthly credits reset each month and don't roll over.
What if a conversion fails?
The credit for that article returns to your balance automatically. You only pay for successful conversions.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credits are refundable in proportion, as described in the Refund Policy. Used credits are not. Refunds go back through Creem to your original payment method.
Is there an unlimited plan?
No. Every plan shows exact numbers, and we don't use the word "unlimited" anywhere.
Do you store my payment details?
No. Checkout and payment processing are handled by Creem. We never see or store your full card number.
